Long term role in Marketing
OnSolution is a small business based in Castle Hill that specialises in temperature monitoring solutions for medical and hospitality fridges, freezers, and cool rooms. They also offer a range of safety and hygiene-related products, for hand-washing training.
I joined OnSolution in 2023, initially through a two-week internship centred on learning website building with Elementor Pro. Very quickly, that opportunity expanded, and by the third day I was offered a paid position as a graphic designer. During my time there, I supported the business across a wide range of design needs such as; updating and maintaining websites, creating product packaging and trade show materials, and producing marketing assets for both print and digital use. I also acted as the head editor and producer of their podcast, EHO Knows, which gave me hands-on experience shaping content, managing production workflows, and helping extend the brand into new media spaces.
I began as the sole editor of EHO Knows, handling editing, thumbnails, end cards, social content, uploads, and written articles. As the podcast grew, episode editing was shared with another editor, while I continued managing the remaining production and post-production tasks.
I've designed several pieces of product packaging for OnSolution which involved balancing clear instructional information with branding, usability, and manufacturing constraints. Working on packaging helped deepen my understanding of how design functions in physical space and reinforced the importance of understanding your audience and finding an aesthetic that would appeal most to them.
OnSolution regularly attends conferences and trade shows across Australia, often more than once a year, including events like the EHA National Conference. For these events, I’ve designed a range of promotional materials such as posters, banners, and branded tablecloths.

I worked on a variety of advertising materials across multiple platforms, including magazine inserts, full-page print spreads, email campaigns, and other promotional graphics. I designed many of these layouts and images, adapting messaging and visuals to suit different formats and audiences.
While website work was no longer my primary focus later on, it was the foundation of my role at OnSolution. I updated, maintained, and refreshed several of the company’s websites, giving them visual and structural 'facelifts' to improve clarity, interaction and usability. I also helped build additional sites as the company’s offerings expanded.
