SELECTION

I as the artist have the right to approve or reject commission requests.

PRICE RANGE

Prices on this page or any social media posts are meant to act as a baseline of how much a piece will cost. Depending on the complexity of the work requested, the price may be more or less than what is shown on this page.
Keep in mind these prices are in AUD, so the conversion for you may fluctuate over time.
Prices may also be increased if the job is labeled as urgent.

INVOICES

Unless otherwise agreed upon between the artist and client, invoices are sent from the artist. Regardless of payment method, the artist reserves the right to maintain records of the transactions. These records are kept private. 
Where best they can, the artist will leave comments or descriptions of the work, including if further payments will be required in the future.

PAYMENT

The client is expected to pay the invoice within 30 days and if more time is required, I as the artist can extend the payment period on a case-by-case basis.
Work on the commission begins once the invoice has been paid in full. Payment plans are also available for those who cannot pay the entire amount on a case-by-case basis.
On a case-by-case basis, the artist may allow the customer to pay in full after the commission has been started, especially if the job is urgent.

PROCESS

Works-in-progress (WIPs) are shared with the client but all WIPs remain intellectual property of the artist unless discussed otherwise. The client must obtain written consent from the artist prior to posting WIPs. A number of design options maybe done, the number will be agreed on ahead of time, and if further are required, you may expect to pay a small additional fee, decided on a case-by-case basis.

COMPLETION

Once complete, the client may request minor changes for free. Major changes may cost extra, the price of which is negotiated between the artist and the client.

DELIVERY

I specialize in digital commissions, which are delivered through the client's preferred method (email, DM, Discord, etc.). Physical commissions are not available at this time.

USAGE

The artist and the client have the right to post completed commissions on any public media of choice.
Third parties must obtain written consent from the client prior to posting. This includes, but is not limited to, a third party posting the image on their website and/or social media accounts, and the third party using the image for commercial purposes.

The artist, client, and any third parties are strictly PROHIBITED from using the completed commissions for the minting of non-fungible tokens (NFTs), inclusion in datasets for so-called artificial intelligence (AI) image generators, or any other such technology which deliberately devalues the skill, time, and effort put into the work. 
The artist reserves the right to pursue any and all legal means of resolving unauthorized use of their artwork.

REFUNDS

Requests for refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If a refund is approved, part or all of the payment is returned based on the stage of the work in progress.

MATURE CONTENT

Commissions containing mature content are only available to clients aged eighteen (18) years and older. The artist defines mature content as containing, but not limited to: nudity, suggestive poses, and suggestive clothing, and the artist may decline a job if it makes them feel unprepared to approach or uncomfortable.
This artist by no means specializes in NSFW content and may decline work that it out of thier skill or comfortablilty level based on this.
