Schedule / Course Change Request Form: Please allow your counselor time to make the change. If the change is possible, it will be displayed on your schedule via Skyward. You will be notified via email if the change has not been approved. The last day to submit this form is September 3rd, 2021.

Pathway Change Request Process: In some rare cases, scholars may discover that their chosen Career Pathway is not a good fit. Scholars who wish to transfer pathways may complete an application to do so one time, in Spring of their Sophomore year.
