Wayland Carpenter and Millwright Apprenticeship Training Center: The Wayland Carpenters and Millwrights Apprentice Training Center is a state-of-the-art, 57,000 square foot training facility occupying 19.5 acres on U.S. 131. The facility allows for cross-training between Carpenters, Floor Layers, and Millwrights, equipping workers with unique hard and soft skills to successfully take on any project.

Trade School
Kellogg Community College’s manufacturing, skilled trades, and applied technology training primarily takes place at the Regional Manufacturing Technology Center or RMTC. The RMTC is an innovative, community-driven training facility in the Fort Custer Industrial Park in Battle Creek, with dedicated and helpful faculty and staff.

ASVAB -- The Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery (ASVAB) is a multiple-aptitude battery that measures developed abilities and helps predict future academic and occupational success in the military. It is administered annually to more than one million military applicants, high school, and post-secondary students.
