Damage or destruction of District-owned furniture, equipment, materials, textbooks, buildings, etc. should be reported within 48 hours of the incident using the Student Property Damage Incident Form linked below. If immediate repairs or extensive clean-up are needed, please call the Maintenance Department. In addition, a maintenance work ticket should always be submitted if any repairs are needed (even if you have called). The work ticket site is also linked below.
School staff must contact the parent(s) or guardian(s) to inform them of the incident and make them aware that the Business Services may be invoicing them for the damage. Please refer to the Board Policy and Student Code of Conduct linked below for more information.
Business Services will invoice the parent(s) or guardian(s) and will also add the property damage fine in Infinite Campus.
