Most benefit elections can only be changed during Open Enrollment or if you experience a Qualifying Life Event (QLE). Employees can log in to Employee Navigator at any time to review their current benefit elections, update beneficiaries, and view benefit information. If you need to make a change to your benefits outside of Open Enrollment, please contact Human Resources to determine whether you qualify for a mid-year change.
A Qualifying Life Event (QLE) is a specific life event that allows you to make changes to your benefits outside of Open Enrollment. Common examples include marriage, divorce, birth or adoption of a child, loss of other coverage, or a change in employment status that affects benefits eligibility. Benefit changes related to a QLE must generally be requested within 30 days of the event. If you experience a Qualifying Life Event, please contact Human Resources as soon as possible for assistance with the enrollment process.
Need to report a Qualifying Life Event?
Contact Human Resources within 30 days of the event to ensure you do not miss your opportunity to make benefit changes.
Click the "Forgot Password" link on the Employee Navigator login page and follow the prompts to reset your password. If you continue to experience issues, please contact Human Resources.
Dependents can be added during Open Enrollment or following a Qualifying Life Event. Supporting documentation may be required. Please contact Human Resources within 30 days of the event to begin the process.
Log in to Employee Navigator and select the appropriate benefit plan to review or update your beneficiary information. Beneficiary updates can be made throughout the year and do not require a Qualifying Life Event.
Most insurance carriers provide digital ID cards through their member portals or mobile apps. You may also contact the carrier directly for assistance obtaining a replacement card.
