What you submit for this assignment consists of TWO parts: TWO reflections.
For this assignment, you will reflect on your own qualities and skills that can help you have healthier relationships. This can be related to romantic relationships, other types of relationships (e.g., family/friends) or both.
Reflection 1: What are some of the qualities/skills that you think make you a good partner in a relationship? Pick one and explore the following:
What is the quality/skill and why do you think it is important?
Why do you think you are strong in this quality? What evidence tells you this?
How do you think you can help others to develop this quality/skill?
Reflection 2: What are some of the qualities/skills that you think you should work on to improve your ability to be a good partner in a relationship? Pick one and explore the following:
What is the quality/skill and why do you think it is important?
Why do you think you need to work on it? Can you provide some examples?
What do you think you can do to develop this quality/skill going forward?
What difference do you think this will make for your relationships?
The point here is that you are trying to understand more about yourself as a partner in a relationship, and to extend this learning to how it can inform who you want to be and how you want to be the change.
