At this time, the LMS is not on the district leadership team in the current district strategic planning process. The LMS will provide support as the plan evolves.

This is met through staff meeting agenda topics.

The LMS has open discussion with administration. Time and schedule continue to be factors in stronger collaboration at this time.
A plan to evaluate and analyze the library program through usage data and program statistics
There is no plan, but the data and program statistics are open and listed in the slide entitled, "Invests Strategically in Digital Resources" The LMS strives to keep current of evaluating and analyzing statistics monthly.
Working with teachers and administrators in the district
The LMS works to meet teachers needs in the classroom with technology. This is also supported through the technology support person. Open dialog is encouraged at all times.
