Involvement in the district strategic planning process

At this time, the LMS is not on the district leadership team in the current district strategic planning process.  The LMS will provide support as the plan evolves.

Communicating what the library program does to support other district goals (equity, access to resources and space, etc.)?

The LMS promotes the library (ITLC) at all levels--elementary, middle, and high school through daily interaction.  The High School ITLC is available to be reserved during FLEX time--this is available to all on a Google Calendar.  The LMS uses it when other groups are not for middle school digital citizenship classes.   

Identifying any roadblocks to collaborative leadership and ways to move beyond them.

Communication is key. The LMS works to communicate to all stakeholders, including students, staff, and administration. Even though some topics may not be agreed upon, all parties are equitable and are willing to be flexible.

Evaluating and analyzing the library program through usage data and program statistics.

The LMS reviews statistics often.  The Follett Destiny system that runs the library system has statistics at the ready.  They are reviewed at least once twice a month.
