Areas of communication that need improvement
The LMS reaches out to teachers to find out what they need and this is in constant change as curriculums change. This can also be improved upon. A survey was sent this spring to the staff of AMS/AHS, AES, and Maple Grove. This survey probed for areas that need improvement such as use of the library licenses and professional development

GOAL - Demonstrate fiscal responsibility through efficiency and effectiveness of resources purchased and subscribed to. Monitor the use of subscription and digital resources. Make changes as use and curricular changes warrant.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION - Funding for school libraries is provided primarily through Wisconsin Common School Funds. This comes with stipulations on how the money can be spent. It does allow for subscriptions to databases that provide students with digital content. These digital resources allow more students access to specific and more varied materials. They also require an annual renewal to continue access and may be costly if the usage by students is not monitored for the effectiveness of the investment.
ACTIONS
Provide access information and instructions for students and staff by utilizing Classlink and Google Single Sign On (SSO) allowing for ease of access from both school and home.
Map digital resources and tools.
Use map and usage statistics to make budget decisions for subscriptions.
Gain proficiency of licenses used to expand staff knowledge through training, followed by adaptation and usage by various departments in the learning process.
