The development strand is focused on updating teacher preparation modules available to Moroccan pre-service teachers through their local universities and CRMEFs. This process includes collaborative meetings at the content domain level, where members can propose questions, inquiries, and problems of practice that warrant consideration for research. The research strand is focused on evaluating the proposed questions, inquiries, and problems of practice in terms of their relevance , scale, and need for multi-stakeholder input. Based on these considerations, proposals can lead to local action research projects or larger researcher-practitioner partnerships (RPPs).
