Give groups a question, problem, text, case, or task.
Before moving forward, invite each person to add one contribution. A contribution might be:
an idea
a question
an example
a connection
something they noticed
something they agree or disagree with
Students can pass and return after hearing from others.
Emphasize that contributing doesn't mean having the correct answer. Questions, observations, connections, and uncertainty can all move learning forward.
