Walking Water

Half fill some cups with water, with different colours of food colouring or paint in them. Put some kitchen roll/paper towel between the cups like bridges. Watch as the water 'walks' between the cups and the colours blend.

Shaving Foam Clouds

Learn about the Water Cycle and make some beautiful rain. Fill a jar or container with water and squirt shaving foam on top to make a 'cloud'. Start dropping food colouring into the cloud and when the cloud becomes saturated (can't hold any more) 'rain' will start to fall.
