Super Senses

Blindfold challenges:

Taste - Can you identify different foods using your sense of smell and taste?

Touch - Make a 'feely' box. Put different things in a box and challenge someone to guess what they are using their sense of touch.

Floating and Sinking

Fill up the sink or bath with water. Test different objects and materials to find out what floats and what sinks. You could use things from your recycling!

Sound Waves

We can't see sound waves, but noises travels in waves. Put some cling film over a bowl and put some popcorn on top. Play some loud music and watch the popcorn jump around to the music! The cling film is a bit like our ear drum inside our ears!

Gloopy Fun!

Make some gloop using 2 cups cornflour, 1 cup of water and some food colouring. Gloop acts as a solid and a liquid - isn't that so cool!?
