Sound Practice
Practise the sound you have been learning this week. Write it in rainbow colours and draw some things that start with your sound (or have your sound in the middle).
Puppet Show
Make stick puppets of characters from your favourite story. Can you put on a puppet show to retell the story?
Reading Nook
Make a reading nook (den) and read your reading book or a book of your choice.
Phonics Hunt
Go on a phonics scavenger hunt. How many things can you find in your house or garden that start with this week's sound?
Word Building
Write all of your sounds on milk bottle tops, pebbles or pieces of paper. Use them to build some words. How many words can you make?
Story Stones
Collect some pebbles or stones and decorate them with pens or paint. Try to make lots of different characters and pictures. Can you tell a story using your story stones?
Be an Author!
Print the template and make your very own book. Draw pictures and write about what is happening.

Can you make letters out of sticks outside?
