The Mathematics Extension 1 course is an extension of the Mathematics Advanced course. It treats the content of the Mathematics course at a deeper level as well as introducing some new topics and concepts. The course is intended to give these students a thorough understanding of and competence in aspects of Mathematics including many which are applicable to the real world.
