At the Year 12 Valedictory, the following VCE VM students were recognised for their outstanding contributions towards their studies and support of their peers in upholding the school values. Our 2 main VM awards; Industry Excellence Award and the Academic and Community Leadership Award, will be announced together with the VCE College Dux in December following the release of year 12 VCE results.

Kahli-Ann Wynne
Kahli is an apprentice chef at Levantine Hill Estate and is very passionate about a career in the hospitality industry. Kahli has demonstrated outstanding leadership through the VM program since 2023, and was recognised as the highest achiever in year 11 VM.

Brock Elson
Brock is an apprentice carpenter with Impressive Homes and has so far enjoyed learning lots about the carpentry industry. Brock is very keen to be an advocate and support for his fellow VM peers and will be channeling his energies into ensuring everyone has a great year and thrives in the program.

JOIN US IN 2026
We have many students on the hunt for work placement or school based apprenticeship/traineeship (SBAT) opportunities with employers in the local area. Year 11 students are available for work placement one day per week (generally Friday). Year 12 students are available for SBATs or work placement up to three days per week, with differing TAFE requirements dependent on the industry.
