How do you apply the arts either to your job or daily life? 

Being a music teacher has been the best decision of my life! I get to have fun and make music every day and get paid for it! I also play my French horn in several local groups, including the Winds of Ohio. I have learned to play the Alp Horn in my adult life and travel around the state performing with Alpine Grutzie. 

Can you share how Miller South helped you in adulthood? 

Miller South was my inspiration for my career and my deepest passion, which is music. Mr. Langreder was one of my childhood mentors, and one day I wanted to grow up and be just like him! Now, I am my own “Mr. Langreder” and get to teach band to hundreds of students in Columbus.
