Art has applied to my career as a dancer and choreographer, but also in my everyday routines. Although I've focused on dance, music is still an incredible aspect of my day to day, especially worship. Art, music and movement are everywhere, they weave and dovetail so fluidly, that I can't begin to express how integral they've been in the decisions I make, the friends I fellowship with and the gifts I have that I'm able to share with others. I'm constantly trying to push myself to reach people, so that I don't settle for a those who are able to afford or see art. I think everyone is a creator and artist in some way.
Upon graduating, I felt more equipped and prepared to juggle multiple things that required my attention. I enjoyed being exposed to different styles of art, and passed on the positive, encouraging mannerisms my teachers taught me, to the students and coworkers along the way.
