I am fortunate that the arts are my passion but also my work. I work primarily as a singer, dancer, and actor in musical theater.
I would not be performing today if not for Miller South. I auditioned in front of Margo Snider playing violin, but thanks to the classes that rotated students among the various arts I discovered singing, dancing, and acting. I began dancing outside of school, began singing, and the rest is history. I never would have been exposed to any of this without Miller South. My violin teacher, Ms. Nicoloff, taught me to read music and I am grateful to her every day as that has been an invaluable skill in my work. She was also incredibly supportive and encouraging as I started discovering singing and dancing, and I’ll never forget her encouraging me to further pursue my new interests. I’m only performing today because of Miller South and I feel so incredibly lucky to have had the opportunity to attend Miller South the very first year
