Day 2: Follow along with the same lesson you did the other day beginning with your warm up jog and coyote challenge. When you get to your fitness goal exercises, you can select 3 new activities to work on or you can do what you did the other day, just make sure you're working towards your goal! Make sure to fill out the form at the end, it is different than the first one you filled out!
We are calling this non-jump rope since you will be doing this inside. You will still practice jumping and turning your arms. Challenge yourself by coming up with jump rope skills of your own.
Many of you won't have a medicine ball at home. That's ok! Grab your favorite stuffed animal, a ball or a can of food! Make sure to lift your feet up!
Make sure you have enough room on this one. Agility is what we practice with the ladders. After you watch this video, another challenge for you is to try doing this sideways.
