The parent-teacher conference is a very important method of ensuring good communication between the home and school. The conference allows parents to discuss the progress and expectations of their child, while the teacher can learn more effective ways to work with the child.
Parent-teacher conferences will be arranged by your child’s teacher at the end of the first nine weeks of school. It is extremely important that you take advantage of this opportunity to discuss your child’s progress. You will be advised by your child’s teacher when the conference will be held.
If you wish to have a conference with your child’s teacher at any time during the school year, please contact the teacher by note or telephone. Conferences will be arranged after 3:30 p.m.
