Change of Address/ Phone Number

KEEPING INFORMATION CURRENT

It is VERY important that we have current information in the office concerning how parents can be contacted during the day. 

Please notify the school immediately if there is a change in status during the school year: 

1. Address

2. Phone number

        3. Employment

 4. Other information that could be helpful to the school and your child. 

DOMICILE

Parents are responsible for accurate reporting of their home addresses and other emergency information (telephone numbers and emergency contacts). False reporting of an address in order to attend a different school is a Class F Felony. 

WITHDRAWAL PROCEDURES

• Parents who are planning on moving or changing schools should notify the office at least a week in advance if they intend to withdraw their child from Weddington Hills.  

• All textbooks, technology and library books should be returned and all fees paid prior to withdrawal.
