Panopto is our video creation and sharing tool. Not everyone will need to use it, but if you need to record, edit, or share a video presentation, you can learn more at the link above.
Use the latest version of Chrome or Firefox instead of Safari or Edge as your web browsers. They are more secure and updated more frequently.
Try Clearing Your Cache. If you get a browser error in Chrome or Firefox when accessing a link, file or course, clearing your cache is the first thing to try.
Log out and log back in. Log out of AUDirect by clicking the Logout button. Then go to audirect.antioch.edu and log back in with your 7-digit AUeID and password.
If that doesn't work, shut down and restart your computer.
Communicate with your instructor. If you can't access your course or if you get an error opening a link, file, discussion or assignment, email your instructor.
Read the syllabus. The syllabus provides critical details about your course so you can plan ahead. Take note of the due dates, in particular.
Make a calendar of due dates and other deadlines. Whether you use a paper calendar or your Antioch Google calendar, this will help keep you on track. (Google Calendar and other online calendars have ways of sending you notifications before an event.)
Use the Library and Writing Centers. The Library and Writing Center staff and faculty want to help you meet your goals.

Instructors need to activate their course sites before students can see them. You can check to make sure you are registered for the course in myAntioch.
While we hope that course sites are activated a couple of weeks before the start of the term, sometimes there are unforeseen circumstances that delay their completion.
If you course isn't visible, check back closer to when the term begins or contact your instructor or program staff to find out when they are planning to activate their course sites.
