Your Academic Technology Team offers training and support to all Antioch students, faculty, and staff for Brightspace, Zoom, Panopto, VoiceThread, and topics related to teaching & learning with technology to help you have an engaging and fulfilling educational experience.Â
As a learning organization, Antioch University recognizes that technology has a constantly evolving role in the culture of the institution and the work of its members. Knowing that technology will shift and change over time, Antioch’s pedagogical approach maintains a focus on learner-centered education and experiential learning using the principles of Inclusive Teaching.
We are available to help you with your online teaching and learning needs including:
learning to use the software and tools
creating and managing online courses and course materials, and;
helping programs decide if/how to change to a hybrid or online model
Academic Technology and the IT Helpdesk are two different offices.
Logins, passwords, networking, name changes, AUDirect, myAntioch, Microsoft Office 365, SurveyMonkey, and all other software are overseen by the Helpdesk and Office of Information Technology rather than AT (Academic Technology).Â
For issues not related to Brightspace, Zoom, Panopto or remote teaching and learning, please submit a HelpDesk Ticket at helpdesk.antioch.edu or call 1-866-662-0056 24/7.Â
