The weak points with any Zoom experience are going to be as follows:
Bandwidth to home or dwelling (Test your bandwidth with fast.com or speedtest.net)
Call your internet provider to upgrade (I upgraded and it was CHEAPER!)
If using your cell phone, ask your carrier about unlimited data for no additional charge
Bandwidth inside the home or dwelling is significantly affected by the age of the modem/router and connecting cables and usage
If you modem/router is more than 3-5 years old, you can buy or ask your internet provider for a new one to see if it improves your speed.
If you use wi-fi try connecting with a CAT5 or CAT6 Ethernet cable from modem/router to computer
Get closer to your wireless router (if you are not connected via Ethernet) or try using a range extender to expand the coverage area of your existing WiFi network
Turn off other devices that use wi-fi (printers, Smart TVs (unplug), AppleTV, Roku, and other smart TV devices; tablets, other computers etc.)
If you have trouble with Zoom and others are using the internet in your location at the same time, ask them to stop using the internet as much as possible.
