The students put on an amazing show again this year, doing everyone proud! A big thank you to all the musicians, directors, tutors, teaching staff, and parent volunteers who made this year's concert so enjoyable. There are more assembly performances and a soiree later this year to look forward to. In the meantime, here are some photo highlights from the concert.

Back by popular demand, following the model of last year's fundraising concert, the evening will run over two sessions with an intermission between sessions for food.
You are very welcome to come and listen to both sessions.

Senior Strings, Senior Band, Orchestra

5.30pm Session 1 Students arrive and set up
6.00pm Session 1 Concert
6.30pm Session 2 Students arrive and drop instruments off before food
6.30 - 7.30pm Intermission — food served for Session 1 & 2 Students/Audience
7.00pm Session 2 Students set up instruments
7.30pm Session 2 Concert
8.30pm Concert ends / pack down
Students wear: Band & Strings T-shirts, black pants/skirt and black shoes and socks.

Tickets cover Session 1 and/or 2 — no need to specify.
Musicians do not need to buy a concert ticket but they do need to pay for food if they want some.
$15 adult concert ticket
$10 child/student/seniors/concession

Please check that your volunteer role does not overlap with your child's performance.
S1 Concert 6-6.30pm • Junior Strings, Chamber Strings and Junior Band
S2 Concert 7.30-8.30pm • Senior Strings, Senior Band and Orchestra
NB. Volunteering does not give you a free ticket.
Food prep and serving
Help set up the BBQ and tables. Prepare and serve the food for our hungry musicians and audience.
Concert photography
Be our roving photographer taking photos during warm-up and during the concert and awards
Hall setup team
Move chairs and staging to match the hall plan. Work with the videographer team to optimise the furniture layout for recording.
For each session we need...
Concierge
Welcome and direct people to the right place.
Ensemble room supervisor
Help one of the ensembles get ready to perform.
Assist with tuning and looking after instruments.
Supported by a music tutor in strings rooms so no tuning expertise required!
At the end of the evening...
Hall pack down
Stack chairs, return staging to end of hall
On the concert day...
Arrive: Promptly at the time specified below:
5.30pm Session 1 Students arrive and set up
6.30pm Session 2 Students arrive and drop instruments off before food
Food: Served from 6.30-7.30pm. Available for pre-purchase online. Walk-up purchases depending on availability.
Drink: BYO refillable water bottle
Wear: Band & Strings T-shirts, black pants/skirt and black shoes and socks.
Bring: Please bring your instrument and instrument accessories and all sheet music!
COVID Safe requirements
Mandatory to attendance
Please do not attend tonight if you have even mild cold/flu symptoms
Please use the hand sanitiser available throughout the venue at all key points of interaction
