The 2025 End-of-Year Concert is a ticketed event. Tickets are available online using the link below.
If Junior Strings players need an early night they can leave at intermission.

5.30 pm - Session 1 Arrival (Junior Strings, Junior Band, Chamber Strings)
On arrival, students head to warm-up rooms, set up and tune instruments.
Parents/audience wait in Kindy Playground
6:00 - 6:40 pm - Session 1 concert
6:40 - 7:25 pm - Food/intermission
6:40 pm - Session 2 Arrival (Senior Strings, Senior Band, Orchestra)
On arrival, students drop off instruments in the warm-up room
Then go to the canteen area to pick up food at 6.45 pm
Students should stay in their warm-up rooms and will be brought to the hall by their room supervisor when it’s time.
7.15 pm - Session 2 musicians go to warm-up rooms
7:30 - 8:30 pm - Session 2 concert
Students wear Band & Strings T-shirts, black pants/skirts and black shoes and socks. And a little bit of Festive sparkle if you like!
S1 Concert 6:00 - 6.45 pm • Junior Strings, Junior Band, Chamber Strings and Senior Strings
S2 Concert 7.30 - 8.30 pm • Junior Band, Senior Band, Senior Strings and Orchestra
Food prep and serving
Help set up, prepare and serve the food for our hungry musicians and audience.
Concert photography
Be our roving photographer taking photos during warm-up and during the concert and awards
Hall setup team
Move chairs and staging to match the hall plan. Work with the videographer team to optimise the furniture layout for recording.
Concierge (both sessions)
Welcome and direct people to the right place.
Ensemble room supervisor
Help one of the ensembles get ready to perform.
Assist with tuning and looking after instruments.
Supported by a music tutor in strings rooms so no tuning expertise is required!
