A wonderful evening of music and celebration at the end of another fantastic year of the ANPS Band & Strings Program.

Concert details... how it happened
The concert will be in two separate sessions
To maximise the audience and to ensure that each child has a parent or carer watching we are running the concert in two sessions.
Session 1 Junior Strings, Chamber Strings and Junior Band
Session 2 Senior Strings, Senior Band and Orchestra
Concert tickets are invitation-only
To meet COVID restrictions, audiences are limited to one parent per child* this year.
The allocated number of tickets has been sent to the Parent 1 email supplied in our system.
For example:
If you have one child in the program, you will receive a single ticket valid for 1 adult* to attend a specific session
If you have two children in the program, you will receive two emails, each containing a single ticket valid for 1 adult* to attend a specific session.
If you have two children performing in the same session, your two tickets will allow 2 adults to attend that session.
Session 1 tickets are not valid for Session 2 and vice versa.
*Siblings who attend ANPS do not count towards the restricted numbers and may accompany a parent or carer into the hall.
Siblings or other children who do not attend ANPS may not attend the event.
Note that all audience members are to be seated in the hall during the performance and awards. Children/siblings are not allowed to play in the playground during the event and must be seated in the hall with their parent or carer.
Your ticket must be shown at entry to the hall and may only be used once.
Food is NOT provided at the concert this year
Please ensure that students are well fed before their concert!
When to arrive
Session 1 - Arrive 5.45pm, Finish 7.15pm
On arrival, please
Show students to Block C to get their instruments ready
Use the QR Code link to check in to the event
Audience members, proceed directly to the hall and show your ticket to gain entry
Older siblings watching in Session 1 and playing in Session 2 will be directed to Block C to set up during Session 1 Awards
Session 2 — Arrive 7pm, Finish 8.45pm
On arrival, please
Show students to Block C to get their instruments ready
Use the QR Code link to check in to the event
Audience members, proceed to the Kindy playground
When session 1 concludes, you will be directed to the hall to show your ticket and gain entry.
After session 1 or 2, audience members should wait for their child in the Kindy playground.
COVID Safe requirements
Every adult is required to complete the COVID check in form on entry to the school.
A QR Code link will be provided to assist.
Please maintain social distancing throughout the concert event.
Seating in the hall is restricted to 2 adults per 4-seat block. Please keep 2 seats between you and the next adult.
Volunteer and help us make another great concert!
Please check that you're volunteering in the session in which your child is playing.
S1 = Junior Strings, Chamber Strings and Junior Band
S2 = Senior Strings, Senior Band and Orchestra
NB. Volunteering does not give you an additional ticket.

Concert photography
Be our roving photographer taking photos during warm up and during the concert and awards
Hall setup team
Move chairs and staging to match the hall plan.
Work with Videographer team to optimise the furniture layout for recording.
For each session we need...
Concierge
Welcome and direct people to the right place.
Ensure COVID phone check in completed by all adults as they arrive.
Ensemble room supervisor
Help one of the ensembles get ready to perform.
Assist with tuning and
Supported by a music tutor in strings rooms so no tuning expertise required!
Ticket check in
Ticket-only entry
Cross off ticket numbers on entry to the hall.
Ensure COVID phone check in completed by all adults.
At the end of the evening...
Hall pack down
Stack chairs, return staging to end of hall
Bonus! Volunteers are reserved seats at the front so get in quick!

Drink: BYO refillable water bottle
Wear: Band & Strings T-shirts, black pants/skirt and black shoes and socks and some seasonal sparkle if you like!
Bring: Please bring your instrument and instrument accessories and all sheet music.
