My name is Dany Macias, and I am an Innovative Learning Coach (ILC) in the Alpine School District. As an ILC, I have two major responsibilities:

• 1) Help teachers identify and meet student-centered goals.
• 2) Help teachers use technology effectively in the classroom.

Although a lot of the resources I share on this site will be district supported solutions, these teaching strategies are powerful, doable, and research-based, so feel free to adapt them to your specific setting.
