Water Quality and the Presence of Hellbenders

This project is looking for a relationship between Hellbender presence in local streams, and the amount of Total Dissolved Solids. Environmental DNA (eDNA) was collected, filtered, purified and then amplified using a qPCR machine. Project results have begun, and will continue over the next several weeks.
