Searching for Northern Riffleshell

Our project analyzes the presence of the Northern Riffleshell freshwater mussel in western Pennsylvania waterways through eDNA experimentation and primer creation. Through this endeavor, we aim to discover more about federally endangered species and creek biodiversity.
