Here are some examples of student projects!

American Artist Project

Students researched an American Artist and created a slide deck to present what they learned. They included information about the artist's background and important work that they are known for.

Students selected a National Park to research. Then they created a Google Slide presentation about that park. Please click on the map location that you want to learn more about.

State Project

Students selected a state to research. Then they created a Google Slide presentation about that state. Look through and learn about all the states' history, cool facts, symbols, and points of interest.

Territory Project

Students selected a partner and together they created a Google Slide presentation about a territory. Students learned what a territory is and how it is different from a state. They provided historical background information and then decided if the territory should become the 51st state.

March Madness Project

Students selected a school that was participating in the March Madness basketball tournament. They created a slide presentation about the school and the importance of the basketball team to the city.

Travel Project

Students were hired as travel bloggers and sent to a city in another state to spend the weekend. They kept track of their activities, places to eat, and the hotel they recommend. They created a website to showcase their blog entries, a map of locations, and how much they spent on the trip.
