Fitness activities are movements and exercises that help improve physical health, strength, flexibility, and endurance. Fitness activities can benefit physical health, boost heart health, improve coordination, increase confidence, support mental well-being, and encourage teamwork and social interaction. Inclusive physical activities can be adapted for individual abilities to ensure every student has the opportunity to experience the benefits, making PE a space where everyone can grow, move, and thrive together.
