At Hall Road Academy, we have one very clear aim; to provide children with a remarkable education and give them a remarkable experience so that they can live a remarkable life.
Delivering the absolute best for our children…
We are ambitious, enthusiastic and dedicated to delivering the absolute best for our children. We spend a great deal of time developing our teaching so that the children receive the very best. The staff work hard to build a caring and nurturing ethos that ensures every child is well looked after and cared for. We are incredibly proud of the community we serve and pride ourselves on being there for our children and their families.
High expectations
Our core principle is having high expectations; we never give up, we never put limits on learning and we always celebrate achievements great and small. We are a very inclusive school and cater for a range of needs. We have a dedicated pastoral team who look after some of our most vulnerable children and ensure they access the learning in which they deserve.
Unique and creative
Not only are we exceptional at caring for our pupils but we have a unique creative flare; we love to create environments that are engaging and exciting. We plan and design our curriculum to allow time for children to think, discuss, practice and explore but most importantly embed. Our curriculum design allows for teaching, practice and repetition.
Success
We firmly believe that attitudes to learning are what make good learners succeed. We celebrate this with various awards each week and reward excellent attitudes to learning half termly.
Parent partnership
Hall Road Academy also values the school-home partnership as essential in helping pupils achieve their best. By working and communicating effectively with parents and carers, we ensure students’ achievement and needs are recognised, celebrated and met in a positive inclusive learning environment. We have established and environment that is welcoming and accepting of parents and work very hard to involve you in every step of your child’s time here and increase your child’s enjoyment of learning.
