Reflection Journals

Use a notebook, composition book, or single google document to journal your experiences in class.

A proper Journal Entry should include

  • Title

  • Date

  • And a thoughtful response to the activity of the day. Use the following prompts to help you.

    • Explain the activity

    • How did it make you feel, both positively and negatively?

    • What made you proud?

    • What could you have done better?

    • Why would this activity benefit an performer?

    • How could this activity or experience help you in your daily life or in the future?
