Hello! Every day, as Mediasphere goes to meet many different people and organizations, and as we explore nature, students will be able to send entries for the blog. Today, we went to the Royal Shenandoah Greenway and explored the forest and the river after going over some helpful pointers on how to take better photos. Below the blog entries are several photos taken by our students today!
Today we went on a walk along the Shenandoah River. We saw a lot of cool plants and animals and took a lot of pictures. I took a picture of some tree branches, and a picture of a bench in front of the river. Our goal with taking pictures is to connect other people to the wildlife in our area, and to show them all the things they should fight to protect.

Today in Mediasphere in BREGS, we went on a nature walk and took a lot of pictures of different things. Though I saw a lot of variations of plants, I was able to find a couple animals including a group of pillbugs, a squirrel, and an earthworm. I also found an old cobweb which made for an interesting picture.

Today, we walked the Royal Shenandoah Greenway. We took pictures of plants using our phones. I experimented using different filters. By the end of the trail, I had several nice pictures of plants. In mediasphere, we encourage people to get connected with nature. We can use photos to spread awareness of nature. By doing this, we can help encourage people to protect and conserve nature.

Our goal in Mediasphere is to get people to have a relationship with the outdoor world and give back to them and to combine media (social media post, videos, photography and etc.) with nature and also giving information on ways to help reciprocate back to nature through volunteering and donations.
