Voice Mail

Voice mail can always be accessed by dialing 8040 (externally 206-901-8040) .

To get your password reset, contact Jason at 8081. Passwords get reset to 1234 or 4321.

The voice mail menu is:

7 Settings Menu

1. Record a greeting ◄
2. Configure availability state (different options are available for your phone status, also accessible by pressing STATE on the phone)
3. Reassign the extension (for floaters only)

5. Enable envelope options (this means the time, date, phone number of the call)

7. Listen to Deleted Messages
8. Delete All Messages
