In the spring of 2013, the Technology Department transitioned to a web-based help desk and asset management system called Web Help Desk.
To log into Web Help Desk go to https://helpdesk.tukwila.wednet.edu and follow the instructions on the screen to log in (shown below). If you have a Tukwila email address, you have an account! Scroll to the bottom of the page for an introductory video on Web Help Desk.
