As of August 17th 2016 the district's new phone system is live.
Below are instructions for using your new phone. Please setup your voicemail box and verify you are able to make and receive calls. See the page for voice mail for detailed menus.
- If you have any questions or are experiencing any issues please contact Jason at ex 8081 or call the help desk at 8080. Thank you.
- Phones NEVER move from room to room. We use an emergency system called E911 for compliance, so if you move to a new room, then you will have a new number.
- DO NOT UNPLUG your phone. Our phones are computerized, so one jack isn't the same as another. That's why the jacks have numbers on them. If you want to move your phone, please contact the Tech Department. Many of the jacks have been marked with red tape as a reminder of where they should be plugged in.

75xx is Tukwila
76xx is Thorndyke
77xx is Cascade View
78xx is Showalter
79xx is Foster
80xx is Administrative, which may reside in a school, based on the role of the user. All Administration Office, Service Center, and Transportation numbers fall within the 80xx spectrum.
Within the Schools:
xx02 is the Office Manager
xx03 is the Attendance Secretary
xx05 is the Principal
xx06 will be assigned to the Assistant Principal starting in the 2019-2020 school year.
xx07 is the school fax machine
xx09 is the Nurse
xx10 is one of the Counselors
xx11 is the Library Circulation Desk
xx13 is the Kitchen
xx14 is the Lead Custodian
- When the call is on the line press the transfer button
- Enter the extension or phone number you would like to transfer the call to
- Press the transfer button again and hang up the receiver
- Press the Directory button on the phone
- Enter the Last Name of the person you are searching for
- When their name appears scroll down to their name and press Dial button on the phone.
