How do I order toner, staples, or supplies for the copiers?
- Put a Help Desk Ticket in, email, or call the TSD Help Desk at (206) 901-8080, or ext: 8080
- Pam is the lead for printing issues, x 8088.
- Jason is the printing lead during summer school, x 8081.
How do I set my default printer to a printer or copier?
- Click the Start Menu
- Select Devices and Printers
- Right-click on the printer you'd like to set as your default
- Select Set as default printer
What copy code should I use to login to the copier?
- Login to Skyward
- Select Employee Information
- Select Personal Information
- Expand the Reports menu, select My Own Info
- Select EMPLOYEE NAME ID
- Select Print
- Select View Report
- Your NameID is a four or five-digit number you can use to login to the copier. If your NameID is a four-digit number, please add a zero (0) to the front of the number.

Tips
- Do not remove paper from the box (prevents moisture and warping/wavy paper)
- Do not use paper thicker than 67 lbs. (too thick for our machines)
- Thick paper (e.g. card stock) can not be placed in drawers: it must feed through the MDF tray: ask Pam about settings for thicker paper types

- Paper needs to be flat and well-aligned
- Remove paper and flip upside-down (helps make paper flat)
