Today we'll take your Week Seven Vocabulary Notes.



For homework, answer questions 1-10 for Chapter Nine and 1-10 for Chapter Ten. (Submit only your answers, not the questions.)

  1. For each vocabulary word provide a definition and two sentences, one from the chapter and another either from your imagination or from the web.

  2. Homework will be due when class starts on Tuesday or Wednesday.

  3. On Thursday and Friday we'll have a notebook check and vocabulary test number seven.



Besides reading To Kill a Mocking Bird, everyone will choose their own book for independent reading and will write an in-class book report about their book on October 5th or 6th.
