Today we'll have a notebook check and our tenth vocabulary test.

After the test you can finish your Week Ten Notes.

If your vocabulary and poetry notes are done, you will copy your grammar notes.

After the test and notebook check, we'll have grammar time.

For homework answer questions 1-10 for Chapter Seventeen and 1-8 for Chapter Eighteen. (Submit only your answers, not the questions.)

For each vocabulary word provide a definition and two sentences, one from the chapter and another either from your imagination or from the web.

Homework will be due Tuesday and Wednesday at the start of class.

Next Thursday or Friday we'll have a notebook check and our eleventh vocabulary test.

Besides reading To Kill a Mocking Bird, everyone will choose their own book for independent reading and will write an in-class book report about their book on December 14th or 15th.
