I apologize for not being in class but I am feeling under the weather. While I am gone please be very cooperative, polite, and respectful with our guest teacher.

Please copy everything on every slide of the Week Two Notes. When you've finished your notes, read the first two chapters of To Kill a Mockingbird.

Today we will take our Week Two Notes.

Our Week Two Vocabulary Test will be on Thursday/Friday.

There will be a notebook and class points check on Thursday/Friday.

Besides reading To Kill a Mockingbird, you will choose your own book for independent reading by Monday September 6 (Show Me Your Book Day), and you will write an in-class book report about your book on October 4th.
