LimpetÂ
Limpet is a project done by a RCA graduate, Alexander Loudon. As an ocean pollution sensor, it can be attached to anything that goes into open water and inform users on how clean their local beach or ocean is. The data collected from this gadget are transmitted to a mobile app, in which people can easily monitor their environments. By informing how polluted their local oceans, it could engage people as communities as it could encourage further attempts to clean up their (and our) oceans and eliminate waste from the coastal water, which it will finally impact human health, sea-life species and even ecosystems.

TZOA Wearable Air Quality Tracker
This is a wearable air purifier that examine the air quality of surroundings and sucks in the particles and other harmful substances. Using the app connected to the purifier, people will be alerted about their environment as "a citizen scientist." Also it can track the daily exposure levels, including the locations, durations that you spent times and the quality of air in that area. This gadget is created by Indiegogo. With an access of the information, one takes an important positions in building air quality maps of their locals, and of cities or even countries in bigger scale.
Seabin Project
This project attempts to provide some simple solutions on ocean pollution. The water and the composites will be sucked into the bin, and the water will be filtered out. The bin can be operated all the time, 24 hours. The project itself is very low cost but very effective.
