Hello!
About: I'm .5 year through the 2.5 ID Grad program. Before starting at RISD, I studied anthropology at Northwestern and worked in Chicago doing visitor experience research and evaluation for museums.
Broadly, I'm interested in participatory design. I'm enthused about this class because the tools we have to understand how systems and experiences serve end users are growing exponentially, and I want leverage them to make participatory design projects smarter and more accessible.
I'm instantly endeared by fans of pastry and puns. I'm also a stress-baker; so let me know if you're GF, DF, V, w/e and we'll have a yummy semester.
I'm most inspired by Jim Henson and Buffy Summers.
Website / Portfolio: Both are linked, but fair warning, all the ambitious plans I had to update these over summer were cannibalized to do things like eat oysters and catch Pokemon.
