Some friends are trapped on the other side of a wall across a deep ditch. They are behind a locked gate and do not have the combination to undo the lock.
Your group should write the message with the combination, put it in a container and make the throwing device using rubber band power.
You also need to use some of the equipment to make a retrieval device to collect the message container once over the wall.

10 pencils
3 full sheets newspaper
3 m string
rubber bands
1 cup
1 roll sellotape (to be shared)

Last week we tried to come up with our own ideas to solve this problem with limited success.
Today you will get some time to research first, and time to plan before we attempt to create a devise again.
We will test our devises again.
Part 2
Create a catapult game you and your team could play against 1 of the other teams. You need to come up with the aim of the game, how you become the winner and rules for playing. Try and be creative about this.
