This page documents the problems that are known. Just because a problem is known, doesn't necessarily mean that there's an immediate fix, or that the immediate fix is a long term solution. Thus, we need to track these problems.
Current:
I can't install software anymore - 20 February, 2011
Description:
When trying to install software from the Ubuntu Software Centre, it fails.
Status:
Solution found - manual intervention needed.
Action Needed:
Press Alt-F2. The run dialog will pop up.
Type in: gksudo apt-get -f -y install
Check the "Run in terminal" checkbox.
Click on Run.
Once complete, you should be able to install your own software.
Touchpad doesn't always work on bootup - 5 January, 2011
Description:
Some issues have been noticed with the touchpad. The issue is inconsistent. In some cases, unloading and reloading the drivers seems to help. Other times, this workaround doesn't seem to work.
The scope of the problem is such that we're likely to see it a couple of times a day (so definitely needs attention). It may also show it's ugly head during a "wake-up".

Sound Capture - 25 November, 2010
Description:
The internal microphone doesn't work and neither does plugging in a microphone.

Network Drivers - 25 November, 2010
Description:
The network appears to be connected but you can't seem to browse the Internet.

Cheese Video Capture - 25 November, 2010
Description:
When you try to record video with Cheese, the video takes ages to start recording, it stops almost immediately, and only records a still frame or two.

Power isn't lasting as long as it should - 25 November, 2010
Description:
Despite requiring around 4 hours to charge the battery, the battery doesn't appear to be lasting as long as it could.
