Along with Team Leaders, A.P’s, RTLB’s & Principal, Angela helps to oversee our internal

student focused pastoral care programme.

This involves:

Liaison with Attendance Officer to help follow up attendance concerns, especially for Y1 - 4

Home visits to follow up behavioural, social/emotional concerns

Working withToni & Russell to manage & maintain the behaviour management systems with

particular focus on Y1 - Y4

Oversight & management of Library Assistant

[Library Assistant to work 3hrs/day to manage shelving, accessions, mending etc.]

Toni is the overall team leader/co-ordinator for specialists

Classroom teachers must release children on request. With-holding a child from a specialist programme will be the result of negotiation not refusal. Specialist requests for children at unexpected times will also be the result of negotiation not demand.
