These will be the subject of Teacher Inquiry, Staff Meetings and Staff Professional Development in 2017.
Manaiakalani - Learn, Create, Share
Subsidiary focii will be:
consolidation of Inquiry both for students and staff
improvement of the teacher formative practice

13. Cluster Wide Developments
The Manaiakalani Cluster, of which Pt England is the initiating school, will move into its 10th operational year, with Manaiakalani Teams operating in the school.
The focus is on the development of Learn, Create, Share with the 3 R's, concentrating on effective practice bringing acceleration
The Literacy Cycle is a foundation framework for this work which will continue through 2016.
We are continuing to move ahead with consolidation of community wireless and increased home - school connectivity.
